Each industrial estate should have a separate space for trees in proportion of the total area so that pollution can be curbed.
This clause should be a part of the industrial policy itself and penalty should be levied for non implementation.

Govt. should give technical trade training to students who are just passed 8th standard but unable to study for higher standard. The training should be of plumber, electrician, carpentary, paintings, auto repairing, etc. If the student more efficient, they may give high skill training in silk knitting, carpeting, etc which is one of the major export items keeping in view disturbance in J&K.

We import most of electronic components from china because of price pressure. Due to this, there are few domestic component makers who are able to withstand the pressure in Industry. If we keep importing electronic components from outside world, we will run out our precious foreign exchange very soon. 1. Create a matrix for each state on indicators:
a) Cost of labour
b) Cost of land
c) Tax rates
d) Number of laws to be adhered to
2. Publish this as an official guide for FDI and for the information of Indian business.
Rationale: It will encourage states to urgently work on ease of doing business. This is the only way to create a manufacturing revolution and thus create jobs for the 1 million youth joining the workforce every month. Minimum but effective regulation.
