Our Industrial Policy is bookish and old. It should be redrafted and start it from Class One to Class 10 or 12. We should make it in such a way that A student graduate from college should not ask for JOB, but he can start his venture by his own developed skill and give job. We as a Society do not require Current Bookish Knowledge Education System.

Dear Pradhanmantri Ji,
I have suggestion on " selection of location for any type industry" Either it may particular area or spacial economic zone or export zone or manufacturing hub zone. Whatever zone may be. It must be on barren land or non productive land for agriculture across the country. It should be in industrial policy also. In term of benefit -1.we can save agriculture land 2.unemplyement will reduce also in that area 3.Labour migration will be reduce by getting job in their locality

i find that at present most of the small buisness units give lot of jobs to unskilled persons at various levels .These business persons doing turnover say less than 5croes lack support of management skills reg finance esp when thay have to borrow form banks and from open markets at huge interst rates and to service them.
small village crafts like making tools out of unused iron spares etc which are well received in the markets are dying as no youngsters like them to do.

Train youths on basic industrial trainings through ITI etc.. Special focus should be given in small towns and villages. Provide Govt assistance in setting up units with small perks and benefits so that people are confident. In India the major problem with business is, a social stigma attached to bankruptcy. So if some one fails in business, faces a difficult time in society. Such thoughts should change and entrepreneurship should be encouraged through appropriate training and assistance

1. Amend labour laws to make it easy for the industry to hire and fire them keeping the labour interests in mind.
2. Encourage food processing units since a large percentage of vegetables, fruits and cereals go waste in the country.
3. Identify areas with surplus production and develop infrastructure, transport, power, storage and housing with amenities around those areas.
4. Develop areas with proper infrastructure and good living conditions close to ports with good inland linking.

Dear modi ji. Namaskar
Plz take core competitive sectors like locks, furniture, plastic items etc. Create local sectors say center for manufacturing excellence based on core competancies with zero excise duties.. Under public private partnership scheme.. Making it cost competitive globaly. To export and avoid imports from outside. The small industries cannt afford automation..due to high cost of initial investment. These advanced machines will produce high volume at very low cost.

We cannot become manufacturing hub until we design and manufacture our own machines. We should start and Indian Institute of Machine Design and development which generates indigenous machines which will be far cheaper and will also give a boost to steel industry. In many cases we can reverse engineer and develop cheaper solutions. Annual contests for design of machines, gadgets, mobile phones etc will throw up indigenous products and a slew of entrepenurers. conduct World class trade fairs.
