Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.
Refer to the Policy document here : Draft Data Center Policy 2020

The loss or the damage till date or for future  can only be ascertained through a Web Portal & App through Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology. The government can track all Indian users of cloud facility through CLOUD USERS .The government can track all cloud providers through CLOUD PROVIDERS.All individuals, public and private companies who come under the tax umbrella must register on this portal.

Before you idea is about to be converted into a startup ,the CLOUD has access to all your ideas, files, music & artworks. If you are writing a will, the CLOUD  can access it. If you are writing a personal  letter, diary or book, the cloud can access it. If you are sharing personal pictures or videos through your mobile or computer, the CLOUD can access it. Here the Personal Data Protection Bill is required

Now due to competition, they dont want to lose their existing clients so being pro-active they offer pre-installed modes to keep track of their users along with their personal data. If you allow free CLOUD to run on your computer ,whatever you type the Date the Time, the File name is saved on the  CLOUD along with a downloaded copy on your computer.

Respected Sir/Madam Indian & Foreign cloud service providers &Electronic device companies must be stopped or banned from offering pre-installed Cloud services.Thereis additional burden to work online only with Cloud. The users consumers must be given the option to work offline too. Before running the pre-installed version of cloud services, these software companies, cloud companies&electronic device companies were still incurring profits by carrying their businessess worldwide .
