aur sir esa karne se koi ghotale aur galat kam nahi honge MGNREGAMGNREGA and aur other panchayat k work me. aur work ki monthly progress report bhi dega wo engg. apne uper ke adhikari ko jisse ye pata chalta rahega ki jo bhi yojana h wo thik chal rahi h ki nahi. aur main ye ki isse lakho grampanchayat ke berojgar ko rojgar bhi milega. ek thodi si salary dekar sarkar caror rupaya k ghotalo ko rok sakti h.. aur rural deplopment bhi hoga aur. india ka bhi development.

MGNREGA ho ya other govt construction work sabhi m sarkar carodo rupay kharch karti h.fir bhi safal ni hoti kahi ghotale to kahi only work pepar par hi hoke rah jate h aur fir isi tarah govt ki yojnao ka logo ko pata tak nahi chal pata. iske liye har ek panchayat men ek responsible experienced civil JE. rakhna chahiyye jo usi panchayat ka ho isse sabhi kam bhi acche se honge aur yojnaye safal hongi.
