MGNREGA should be useful to the public as well as government. They can be engaged for swach bharat abhiyan scheme especially at rural areas. their work should monitored effectively without any compromise. in many villages MGNREGA is followed without any target oriented results.

Why is spending under mnrega to the tune of 35000 crores annually not audited by CAG..? Is this not public money...More than 70% or even half the money is not effectively utilised as people are paid for sitting at home say 90 rs and the balance is siphoned off by the bookkeeper..its a tragedy that the modi govt allows such massive fraud or is unaware of the same..this is public money and no person or the govt has the right to sqaunder it...ask any USA agency to audit examine mnrega

Now a days few peoples close to gram pradhan and rozgar sevak are benefited by the scheme and rest are left unemployed. There is a need to make the MNREGA meetings more efficient to decide the future projects for one year. MNREGA team should include winner and runner up candidate contested the gram panchayat election and ward members. The making of Job Cards should take place in open meetings at panchayat bhawans. If these things becomes mandatory will make the system more efficient.

Todays, the main issues are price rise and employment, it can be resolved very quickly by planning and implement the production of agriculture product like rice, dal, onion, cotton, & cereals etc.,electricity, mineral & oil,IT services, this are the primary sector of which maximum production should be made like the mission. it will control the prise of goods and also generate the employments. Other manufacturing and infrastructure should be considered in next priority on top.

Sir, this is about Soil health card. Lot of money could be saved for getting soil information if done through highly specialized satellite(Using Hyperspectral sensor meant for narrow band width for finding only certain type of minerals), Lot can be done in the field of satellite sensors and obtaining best information giving detailed information of detailed aspects in various fields of governance. Agriculture can use IT.

Gram panchayat presidents will normally be knowledgeable persons.Even otherwise involving the panchayat will greatly enhance the public monitoring of the scheme thereby reducing the chances of corruption. Also the work force can be used advantageously for the local needs.
