No Plan Needed To Indian Railway.. It is Working Superbly .. But All Super Plan Fails! Because of Time Management... 1 to 2 hour late it's oke! But 5 to 8 hr late with reason Rail damage, Changing Engine, signal not clear..etc... We Know Problem is There seviour sometime! But Solution Should Be Fast! that is A Service..First Railway have to Focus on this..Then Remaining all on Side...Like Private Company.

6. There must be an emergency radioset along with emergency chain pull... if someone pulls the chain, radioset activates, so that nature of emergency is immediately brought to notice like fire on train, any medical emergency etc.
7. Instead of vendors on platforms, there can be manual operated machines to dispense food and drink and other goods usually sold on platforms.

3.CCTVs inside all local and passenger trains . This will prevent crime on wheels, destruction of train property and littering. A separate team must be employed to monitor the same .Very heavy fines for destruction of train property and littering.
4. There must be central wifi in all trains.
5. Auto locking of the toilets when the train is halted at stations. Sliding doors with centrally controlled locks can be provided, which closes when the train is standing.

Good afternoon sir,
My few suggestions are as under:
1. Solar panels in trains for heating of water.
2. ANTI-TERRORIST STEPS: verification of passengers using their thumb prints before entering any railway station (Adhaar database may be used for the same)preventing any unauthorised indl to enter inside railway stations. Foriegn nationals can do an e verification while booking reservations. This may check abduction of children, terrorists entering under fake IDs or due to lack of check

Indian Railway have station in every 5 to 10 Km. In todays era it should be above 20Km. If we lay double line and close such low distance station, we can save billions of rupees every year, from salary and less diesel consumption. Passenger Trains can also cover it's distance in less time due to less station.
Govt. can start special Bus for such low distance rout for public welfare.
