In an endeavour to address the inadequacies of capacity constraints and improve its modal share in total freight eco system of the country, Indian Railways has come up with Draft National Rail Plan.

A draft of long term strategic plan called the National Rail Plan has been developed to plan infrastructural capacity enhancement along with strategies to increase modal share of the Railways. The National Rail Plan will be a common platform for all future infrastructural, business and financial planning of the Railways. This plan is being circulated among various Ministries for their views now. Railways aim to finalise the Final plan by January 2021.

I think we should upgrade our stations with shops, food parks, Offices, lodges to increase more revenue. Rent those places. Many people sleep on stations many times so we can provide them affordable small kind of rental rooms. Railways should use their land to earn more revenue by renting those places to shops and offices.

In accordance with the prevailing system, passenger/ express trains stop at predetermined locations & platforms, which is displayed in IRCTC websites & concerned station. In some railway stations, relevant signboards indicates the location of coaches for reserved class etc. PA system announces the arrival of trains and coach locations with respect to bogie numbers. This helps knowledgeable & attentive passengers in boarding the desired compartment with ease. However many passengers are unaware

Good morning PM Modiji , on this Railway journey , confirmation of tickets and then only railways journey is life changing experience to me . First time in my life i feel very proud to move in General coach travelling. Otherwise public standing infront of toilets, laying down side of seats , sitting in enterance doors with risk. please continue the present Railway system in future sir.

Increase Indian Railways Revenue & Tourism Through: 1)Airport Class Lounges At Main Stations 2)Special Solar Panels At All Stations 3)Garbage Conversion To Power At Stations 4)Digital Ads Panels 5) Solar Facades At Stations 6) Atmospheric Air To Water Tanks For Drinking Water Etc..... Note: A) No Room For Bribes Else No Genuine Contractors Will Participate B) Contract For Minimum Of 5 Years, Preferably Non Tender

रेल–संपत्ति की सुरक्षा एवं स्वछता को ध्यान में रखते हुए यात्रिओं के लिए भी गाईड लाईन जारी किये जाने चाहिए| गाड़ियों में जो सामान आदि बेचने वाले आते हैं उनके लिए भी नियम हों एवं उनको प्रमाणिक बिल्ले भी दिए जाने चाहिए | ४ सभी प्रान्तों की राजधानियां एकदूसरे से सीधे (फ़ास्ट ट्रेन के माध्यम से) जुड़ें ऐसी व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित हो | उदहारण के लिए आज तो भोपाल से भुबनेश्वर के लिए भी सीधी कोई गाड़ी नहीं है | ५. आरक्षण प्रणाली, चिकित्सा–सुविधा एवं तत्काल शिकायत की सुविधा अधिक बेहतर ,अधिक आसन हो|

सेवा विषयक कुछ सुझाव - १. रेल की पटरियों के दोनों तरफ की गन्दगी अभी कम नहीं हुई है | इसके लिए ये सुझाव है कि सफाई कर्मिओं की बहुतायत में नियुक्तियां हों,ताकि पटरियों की ‘ विशेष कर रहवासी ईलाकों के दरमियाँ नियमित साफ–सफाई तथा देख-रेख हो सके | इससे रेल अनेक लोगों को नौकरियां भी मिलेंगी | पूरे भारत में रेल पटरियों के किनारों को वृक्षारोपण से समृद्ध किया जाना चाहिए | रेल–संपत्ति की सुरक्षा एवं स्वछता को ध्यान में रखते हुए यात्रिओं के लिए भी गाईड लाईन जारी किये जाने

1.My suggestion to railways is that in all trains you are keeping general bogies increase their number 2.Next suggestion is the for general passenger s keep chair car with nominal reservation which they can afford.
