There was a time when cycle culture was there in city, it's need of the hour to bring that back. and YES, NO NEW TRACKS SHOULD BE MADE BY COMPROMISING THE GREENRY AND CUTTING THE TREES ON ROADSIDES. A DIFFERENT LANE MUST BE USED FOR CYCLISTS ON THE EXISTING ROADS.

A unique scheme of renting the cycle must be initiated through which a cycle can be rented from so designated cycle stands made at all necessary public places, by anyone by showing some ID and by submitted some token money and that cycle must be left at any other such designated cycle stand. Because keeping own cycle, parking problems, threat of theft etc. are reasons discouraging cycling. like for gng frm Housing Bd to Sec 17 if one can easily/readily get a cycle,he would not wait for bus/auto

Thirdly, Less carbon emitting vehicles must be promoted like cycles, battery operated vehicles. Car free days, vehicle free markets/sectors on certain days.

Secondarily, stop/diminish carbon emission. which can be done by keeping a check on growing population as every increased carbon emission is due to increased population. This problem can be sorted out by converting the city into a ART,CULTURE and KNOWLEDGE HUB / tourism, instead of promoting the industrial and commercial activities. By doing this, population will not increase drastically and people only will visit here.

1. Keep the existing trees and green earthy patches intact. Almost all the trees in city are so tightly caught up by concrete and road material that only their growth is restricted but are dying a slow death. No green patch/earthy area must be covered further with tiles and roads for so called HUMAN CONVENIENCE.
2. Grow new plants everywhere in markets, around Govt. buildings by dismantling concrete/tiles, even encourage every householder to plant atleast a tree at any place at house.

Sir,
My idea of view is that thare should be an association which should be mediator between our country and other foreign countries. These association should be government organisation not private company in which small scale industry and large scale industry should able to display there valuable goods to other countries. To expand there goods all over the world. And also get some more ideas from other countries to make our country more smart.
