1.To reduce the air pollution, discourage people to use the car if it is being used by single person.
2.Apply congestion charges if people are entering with vehicles in crowded areas.
3.All of the house owners should be responsible to maintain the cleanliness in front of their houses.
4.No trucks or goods carrier should be allowed to enter the city if it is not city bound.
5.Rewarding the people who are really helping in maintaining the cleanliness of the city.

greivieance and add photo if necessary along with location info. For eg.
IF there is a dirty public toilet/ littered place, that can be put on app by
anyone and govt. officials should repair and put another photo after clearing
the issue. Also the list of issues in each area can be viewed by officials and common man,

This also removes mafia and police mafia who get bribes from such local roadside vendors.
9. Implement food accreditions to hotels and local food vendors - so that guidlines can be followed.
10. Use machine based cleaning all through out the city after ensuring well marked paths.

There is need to enhance the quality and quantity of JNNURM bus service in the UT. With immense need to reduce the time gaps between the bus timings for one sector to the other.
This way it will provide more job opportunities and will reduce the dependence on 3-wheelers which are one of the main producers of pollution in city.
Only CNG 3-wheelers must be approved. Government can also help those drivers to turn their 3-wheelers on petrol into CNG vehicles.
