This is especially for Railway!
I saw feces on tracks in Railway stations! to clean it railway uses 1000 liters of water!
to overcome it... please pick some street dogs which will be available in abundant(sometimes govt kill it).. and use STREET DOGS to eat feces on tracks!

the grass root level is religion in india people believe on religion and then some thing. In that case all the religious organization should come in one hand and tell people biggest religion is cleanliness. If Cow is mother no one keeps the mother on road. Funny part is that people give one small peace of bread and take the blessing and then kick it for the rest of the day on road which is very poor attitude. Come on come out of the box and make our country clean and our mind clean

For cleanness and smart sanitation, I suggest that, people should be awared as grass root level, e.i. school, colleges, govt. offices, hospital and other public places systmatic campaign about clenness should be made. further, appropriat infrastructure should be developed for solid and liquid waste management. NGO, Voluntary institution and co-operative sector etc. institutional help should be taken for awarness and implementation and maintaining and the clean city.

Use of rotting vegetables & fruits outside Apni mandis for organic processing to generate organic manure and fuel gas. Such project have to be decentralized for being close to user of fuel gas. In south India it is being used.

sir,
I think that there is need to form a policy for goods manufacturing. companies that they print instructions or logo which incourage users not to throw wrappers in open and throw the waste material into dustbin.....

1. Covered drains must be built. 2. Dustbins must be placed at a distance of every 50 meter. 3. Mechanical cleaners driven by four wheelers could be used. 4. Toilets in the city must be cleaned daily or twice a day. 5. There must be a minimum of 2 toilets in a 50 meter square area. 6.An app could be initiated where people can report for the collection of garbage. 6. Daily monitoring could be done to maintain cleanliness in the city.
