As smart city is concern, Pasighat should be designed to have a well develop comprehensive drainage system. Each and every household should be access to the drainage system to enable a healthy and hygienic environment of living in it.

Part of the problem stems from the lack of employment opportunity. However, we need to free up the pavements. We cannot have vendors occupying the free space. We need to have the pavements free from encroachments. There is no "smartness" in a so called smart-city if the citizens cannot walk. Every day, we see someone coming and setting up his/her stalls. STRATEGY OF SMART CITY
The strategy component of area based development in the smart city are city improvement retrofitting . City renewal and city extension plus a pan –city initiative in which smart solution are applied covering larger part of the city below are given the description of the three model of area bust smart city development.
(i) Electronic service delivery
(ii) Video crime monitoring
(iii) Waste water to be treated

And all the government quarters should be dismantled, and there must a good security for the girls . in every step there should be street light and CCTV.to prevent crimes and drainage system must be improved. Beside this the most important thing is education institution must be improved. Then only our pasighat would be well develop city.

I like the abstract concept of all the models. The one thing that i wanna SUGGEST IS BEING SMART CITY is not sufficient. It must also care for our natural vegetation. So, that our natural balance would remain. So, wildlife sanctuaries, Biodiversity, zoo and other reserves be maintained by the government.

embankment of Siang River should be done immediately or some part of low lying areas like market area to sill would be inundated since level of river is rising due to silting or deposit of sand in its bed. Any incident of the magnitude of last flood in 1999 would amount to heavy loss to township.

The mission of smart city is used to specify a city ability to respond as promptly as possible to the needs of citizen. Some other information,100% treatment of waste water efficient energy and green building, smart parking, intelligent traffic management system.
