1. Tall building should be installed with solar boards
2. E-governance for all government interaction for corruption free management
3. Quick Sewage and waste clean system with fine for mis-using
4. People should be educated of different types of wastes and same has to be adopted
5. Review and quicker implementation of better education system
6. Wider and planned roads in new suburbs and streets
7. Clean government offices, hospitals and other common areas

First of all, make pasighat smart city. We should look on the drainage system especially market areas, colonies, etc. For proper drainage system we need public help. Secondly electricity. Supply of electricity is very poor in pasighat. To make it good government should make dam. In which we need public support.

The river besides pasighat has kinetic energy to built up it as hydel power . smart city can be developed with the availability of water supply electricity, mineral etc. It can develops as an urban area that is highly advance in all manner. Embankment of sebo korong should be done immediately or some part of low lying areas like market area to sill would be inundated since level of river is rising due to silting or deposit of sand in its bed.
