Violation of traffic rule should be panelized with detergent punishment so that violators do not repeat in future. Electronically operated Traffic signal should be installed in all the important locations which should be monitored from an office. Traffic polish should be posted in all the locations with radios so that any irregularities or violation of rules could be attended immediately

The highways, the streets and the roads which are interconnecting should be made to release water during heavy rain pours into the drainage system to prevent water blogging roads, streets and pathways within the city. The drainage system will also prevent accumulation of scattered garbage’s of the streets, pavements and pathways. This is a smart idea for Pasighat as a smart city.
