The Pasighat Municipal Council (PMC) is pleased to inform you that our City has been selected through a competitive process for Smart City Mission under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD). In the next phase, our city has to compete with others to make it to the top 20 to be taken up for first round of funding, for year 2015-16.

Pasighat is now required to formulate a vision, mission and a proposal in consultation with its citizens and other stakeholders. Your City needs you!! So, PMC urges the citizens of Pasighat to share their opinions and ideas to make our “Pasighat- a Credible Smart City”. Your views are valuable and can make a difference to our city!!

Your valuable suggestions can bring significant transformation to your city and improve the life of citizens.

1.Lake of fast internet network;- Due to lake of fast internet network we are unable to search anything,cant't find anything &can't upload anything on search engine. 2.Lake of shopping malls:-In smart city there must have some shopping malls so that we can find all our needy goods & products at one place,it will save our precious time.

4.Creating walk able localities-reduce congestion air pollution and resources depletion boost local economy.promoting interactions and ensure security.The road notwork is created or refurbished not only for vehicles and public transport but also for pedestrious and cyclists and necessary administrative services are offered within walking or cycling distance. 5.Preserving and developing open spaces-Park playground and recreational spaces in order to enhance the quality of life of citizen.

Before Smart City Gov. should (1)provide E-Security through One Touch Mobile Button or Code which send alarms & location to Police & relatives. (2)Online application of all Services, Licences, Permissions, Facilities, Complaints etc. (3)Transparency & Online records of all Govt. activities & Expenditures (4)Strong laws & punishments (5)Revise Reservation Policy poverty/status wise instead of cast wise

smart city can be developed with the availability of water supply electricity, mineral etc. It can develops as an urban area that is highly advance in all manner. Resource of this city can also be maximise with the scientific method like biotechnology.

Pasighat to become smart city needs the following. 1.24/7 supply of potable drinking water. 2.Electric supply by through undergrounds cable. 3.Emphasis on green energy by installing wind mills. 4.upgrading of PGH to AIIMS level.

HEALTHY, HAPPY, HARMONY, HISTORIC, HOLY, HOSPITALITY & HOMELY Should be the VISION document to realise the SMART CITY PASIGHT PROJECT MISSION Healthy Pasighat requires CLEAN AND GREEN with proper road and drainage system and organic farming for sustainable development and sporting activities such as MISSION FOOTBALL Field, Pasighat a CYCLING destination of the world Pasight should not be a concrete jungle rather ENVIORNMENT must be protected, CLEAN SAING, SIBO KRONG, PANE KRONG

Pasighat the first city in Arunachal Pradesh is one of the most beautiful city in whole north eastern states.It is a valley city so to say.our most beloved p.m. modiji has visited during his election campaign and people of pasighat has mandate his candidate and his canditate has won the election.For smart city pasighat is the most suitable place by having the mighty siang river,the lofty Himalayan mountain e.t.c.

I wish that Pasighat will be a very clean city. No plastic bags only paper bags. People using only eco-friendly things. Vehicles will moving with solar energy, cooking food with solar energy. Many things cane be done with solar energy.
