pasighat being the first centurian old town of a.p has been blessed with the central govt initiated smart city scheme. tysm for the care you have bestowed upon us NAMO ;) just letting you know that this is the only chance for arunachal pradesh to pull back and regain its motion towards development. psg being located far north east near china is still in need to see the proper electricity, proper roads, infrustructures, plannings . hopefully this SC scheme makes a difference. make it to top 20

TO IMPROVE LIVING STANDARD
WE CAN ENACT A LAW TO REGULATE PRIVATE PROPERTY HOLDINGS OF EVERY CITIZEN. WE OFTEN INVEST OUR ENTIRE LIFETIME EARNINGS ON BUYING LAND AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS. IF THE GOVT PUTS CERTAIN LIMIT ON US WE WILL START SPENDING ON LIFESTYLE STUFFS LIKE CARS, HOUSEHOLD STUFFS, FASHIONS, ETC ETC. THIS WAY ONE WILL START SPENDING QUALITY LIFESTYLE. MAY SOUND AWKWARD BUT THAT IS WHAT I EXACTLY FEEL SO. SMARTNESS WILL CERTAINLY FOLLOW.

Pasighat located on the banks of the Siang river has vast potential for growth as Smart city.It has good connectivity by road & in near future within a year or two by train & air.It is the Rice bowl of Arunachal Pradesh & there is neverending vast stretches of land for agricultural occupation in Maryam & Jampani areas.Pasighat has also a rich history connected with the British regieme which is testified by many War memorials near Pasighat. SMART CITY PASIGHAT.

2.Lake of shopping malls:-In smart city there must have some shopping malls so that we can find all our needy goods & products at one place,it will save our precious time.

Our Pasighat being a least populated city across the country will give us an extra edge over execution of city planning which has vast areas for its expansion too from all four directions. But our people will have to coordinate in all front to make the execution of plannings successful by means of not putting hurdles in ceding lands etc. as for every development to take place, one will have to compromise with lands for widening of road/construction of drainage and other modern day facilities.
