In a smart city safety and security of the citizen should be provided on top priority. Because ,the responsibility for providing security to its citizen is largely depend upon the municipal committee. In connection to this I would like to suggest that in a smart city there should be complete coverage of CCTV cameras in every place of importance like banks ,Hospitals ,Train station, Bus station etc.,to nabbed quickly the criminals and anti social activity.

WAYS OF FULFILL THE GAP BETWEEN THE RICH AND POOR
Though our municipal council is trying to facilitate the town with proper water supply, Another smart ideas, which would again be a great achievement not only for the pasighat but could extent its helping hand abroad also. One hydro project of 20,000 mega wats on the main Siang river is greatly necessary.

What the most import smart ideas I have in my mind is that if a skyway could be constructed form mirmir char ali connecting mirbuk, mirsam and mirku village up to the market area i.es the heart of the city , then it would be a a great achievement for the people of this area.
