Cleanliness, our town is not very clean right now and as we know cities are also not very clean. Therefore, i would like to recommend for cleanliness. Especially, river and drains.

My suggestion is that smart city needs smart people. The people must act smartly not in a hasty way.
Modern days required a smart city. The entire life of the world has revolution. This smart city is urgent requirement for the development of the country. In the smart city proper drainage system should be implementing. Availability of water is necessary in a city. Our pasighat should have all this facilities. Rivers should be cleaned. Every school must have natural resource can be use for the production of electricity. Cleaned. City is require.

Pasighat should be surrounded with green foilage, shrubs and plants bearing flowers of different colours that gives a magnificant views of roads are wide and clean having bridges and under crossing allowing people or vehicles to pass conveniently,which shows a well arrangement for vehicular traffic and the people on foot.

The population of the city should be counted and recorded. The smart city mission requires people who activity participate in governance and reforms, these people involves themselves in the definition of smart city since smart city is taking compact area approach it is necessary that all the city residents feel there is something in it for them also.
