Smart Education Services could be given to the underprivileged by having pop-up schools or video schools. Solar powered street lights can be installed so that power used on them can be reduced n they can work during power shortages. Applications could be developed or there can be a website which gives away information about hospitals, medicals, in short everything in the city. Proper means of disposing waste and also methods to recycle them need to be enforced.

The smart city should give information on free facilities (services) available to the people of city and others. The free services could be offered by various organizations, social clubs, hospitals, trusts, individuals or government organizations. This information should be displayed on a website. The objective of this exercise is that, the citizens, especially people who are economically weak, can avail the facilities freely available in the city.

Proper Sewage Management so that the City is kept neat and clean. Also the sewage water can be recycled and used for irrigation of farms around the city. This would help in the reducing the burden on rivers to provide water for farming. This would help provide water to farms even during droughts.
