15) ROADS by the side of RAILWAY LINES
To the extent possible, construct roads on both sides of railway lines. And adjacent to this, provide facilities for industries, industrial parks and educational institutions.
16) CLUSTER OF INDUSTRIES
At the outer limit of the cities, provide spaces of industry cluster near the villages, this would help people from villages to get appointments / work in these industries , and they can continue to live in their villages.

12) The Main road branches into smaller roads into the extensions. This Means there is only one road/one access to the extension A, another one to extension B. The road does not pass through A – B – C. So the extensions are spared the traffic congestion and the resultant problems.
The TRANSPORT buses Should Ply very frequently, so that the People can move without vehicles.

6) To facilitate the commercial activity, there should be a Departmental /Other Stores Centrally located.
7) To serve the larger areas there should be large extensive Malls and Shops. Such Malls should have large parking facilities.
These Malls should have small and large shops to cater to all the sections of the Society. In Australia, such large Malls have a post-office usually the post office is on left side of the entrance being the 1st shop.

Here with I am Presenting my suggestions regarding the formation and development of smart cities
We have to plan the extensions of the city well in advance haphazard growth without proper planning will make the new extensions continuously troublesome.
1) The extensions should be planned as a residential area. No commercial activity to be allowed.2) The Privacy of the Residents should be guarded. The Houses should display the HOUSE NUMBERS –Prominently.
