For smart city, people are needed to be educated at first about cleanliness. The municipal committee should take this as a challenge for themselves to clean Hubballi. The garbage bins should be properly maintained and garbage should be disposed far away from city. The area must be well planned before construction of any architect. The road should be wide enough for heavy vehicles to move.

1) 24*7 power supply is needed. 2) transportation facilities should be developed. 3) maintaining cleanliness all over the cities. 4) use of technologies which are ecofriendly. 5) every rules should be made compulsory, and taking care that nobody should exploit them.
