For smart city, people are needed to be educated at first about cleanliness. The municipal committee should take this as a challenge for themselves to clean Hubballi. The garbage bins should be properly maintained and garbage should be disposed far away from city. The area must be well planned before construction of any architect. The road should be wide enough for heavy vehicles to move.

I'm an outsider, from a different city(Mysuru). I found that people here are friendly.
The road connecting Hubli and Dharwad should be widened and maintained well.
Transportation should be improved prioritizing women safety.
24/7 electricity and water should be provided.
WiFi should be accessible everywhere.
Awareness should be given to everyone on everything.
City must be clean and attractive. And many....
