1.A smart city should have responsible citizens. Cleanliness plays a major part in developing a city.
2.A lot of electricity is wasted due to improper management of street lights. A smart city should have smart street lights, which switch off as soon as day starts and they should powered by solar panels.
3.Hubli-Dharwad road construction should be completed as soon as possible.

Road widening is good solution for smart city underground wire cables should be done for nice looking .
Tolnaka traffic should be completely reduced by making fly over and under pass. Near NTTF proper warys should be done for entering into market and coming from it. Chennamma circle should be made according to one of the plans of student published in vk kannada paper.
