As we know because of road widening works street lights are not functioning proper. Many accidents, rash driving and road pits are seeming to be the great problem.Smart city doesn't mean improvement and use of technology even aesthetics are to be considered.therefore two way lights are necessary. The weed removal of unakal lake is on progress.I have heard about certain bacterias which feed on weeds and stop their growth. So I humbly request to take this matter into notice.

Hubballi-Dharwad can become a smart city if the pig menace is stopped.Effective waste disposal system should be brought by separating recyclable and non recyclable waste.People should make effective use of resources. People must become more technical.IIT must be set up.Awareness must be created among people. Children and youth must be encouraged to become smart as smart people are the ones who build a smart city.

One of the main areas of improvement that will help in making Hubballi-Dharwad a Smart City is using smart electronic techniques in Public Transport. Though it may seem like a small gesture, it will revolutionize the Public Transport system. We must stop issuing paper tickets and develop a platform to book local bus tickets online. Not only will it make the process of getting tickets much easier and more convenient, it will also be a more eco-friendly choice as it saves large amounts of paper.

Since hubballi dharwad is a congested place there should be more number of flyovers to avoid heavy traffic.Subway(metros) should be built. For environmental safety there should more number of plantation required so that the temperature will slightly decrease. There should be road widening. There should be 24*7 clean drinking water supply sysytem. Non biodegradable and biodegradable wastes should be separated. And there should be recycling of platics.

In order to have a smart city more number of ITcompanies should be established such that our nation's economy rate will increase in terms of technologies . On the other hand citizens of this nation must get educated and automatically they will get empoyed in our nation rather going to the foreign countries like Germany,US and so on . Women, the pride of our nation should get several opportunities in various aspects. In doing so the thinkings of our people must change.

I think there should be GPS tracking facilities in the public transports like bus so the citizens can know actually where the bus are there and how much time it will take you to reach your destination and this also inspires the citizens of Hubli and Dharwad to travel more in public transports in a while reducing pollution and being eco-friendly.
