The important public places such as bus stand, railway stations should be wifI enabled for ease of Internet use for spread of information and government policies for the masses.
Quick rapid transaction system such as metro and monorail must be present in the city. The public ofsuburban area can be employed in large number by starting demu and memu trains along with the intracity travel options.

There is really big need for strict control over traffic control. Not the traffic jams but the way, people should follow lane systems, and busses should have separate area to take passengers not to just stop in the middle of the road. Heavy duty vehicles shouldnot be allowed inside the city centres, and the rules should also apply to all the autos and bikers as well as no one can predict their next turns. For a city to grow it need good transport systems .and healthy roads.

For the purpose of being smart,we should be at every aspects of it.keeping this in mind,I would rather love corporation to come in hand with it,giving proper salries to workers who clean the colonies and keeps city clean.
During heavy rains water just stands on roads blocking the transport.hence It would be good to have proper water flowline system and proper pipelines to maintain good comfortability in the city.

1)the roads are pretty famous for its cracks and crevices so create proper cemented roads and also follow the do divider system where vehicles of a particular speed only drive in a particular lane2)every point or a particular curvature point proper directions should be given as where is exactly the 1st or 2nd cross, the temple or anything related to that area 3)separate pedestrian wayshould be there as we can see many vendors on the footpaths so let's first be smart and dream to build smartcity

Dumping of waste is very serious issue, waste management should be taken care creating an dump outside the city such that it doesnt effect people staying around it by using modern technique such that waste matters are completely soluble.Along with widening of roads planting of trees is compulsory on the sides of the roads.24*7 water supply, electricity. On every street street lights must be their with proper lights.Right from Primary education to Higher education, education must be compulsory.

To make hubballi-dharwad a smart city, planning of city is very important. The long time on going construction of road must be finished as soon as possible. During the planning of modernizing the city, the environmental balance must be maintained. Pure water supply(24*7), proper trees plantation, proper dumping of waste, recycling of waste, proper electricity supply etc. And even adopting the modern and eco friendly techniques to solve these issues.

Firstly the all houses should be prvided with solar power generation units so that every house can generate its own electricity. And more importantance should be given to greenery .instead of putting banners on road dividers in the cities we should plant some trees.from which w can control air pollution.
