We have to do certain things took make our city #smart city
1.We must modernize our municipal and other civil authorities
2. We must have special road for ambulances, pedestrians and special traffic control system to manage our roads
3. We must have special team to manage our city at all times
4. We must keep our city clean and better drainage and sewer system
5. We must use solar powered street light and other renewable energy for both public places and even in residential places

1. Digging of roads again and again for underground pipeline systems should be avoided, by using a better quality, strong and durable materials for pipelines. If at all there is a necessity to dig roads, they should be repaired as soon as possible.
2. Drainage systems should be closed and properly maintained.
3. In a locality, in between 2 -3 houses there should be a garbage bin and the garbage in it should be disposed every day.

1.Government should supply 24*7 hours water and current
2.every person should contribute with government decisions
3.Education should be low cost for the poor people
4.Safety towards women,children and elderly
5.Proper sanitation.
6.Affordable housing for the poor people.
7.Good hospitalization.
8.High quality education.
9.Development of good bus stands.
10.Waste management, including plastic, solid,etc.

Mainly the city is said to be smart city only if it is clean but at present we observe in Hubli-Dharwad that most of the people who consumes tobacco they simply split on road,footpaths etc hence to prevent this the government should provide the rule that one who is observed doing this thing should be fined.As there are some rules for driving.

1.priority for cleanliness through scientific management of garbage ,complete network of underground drainage system and sewage water
2. Good all weather wide roads to reduce congestion and traffic jams
3.separate lanes for two wheelers ,four wheelers,trucks,cyclistt.
4.provide digital networks i.e WiFi at all places.

To make the city smart,various aspects are to be considered.To create the awareness,marathon was conducted.There should be proper roads,transport,traffic and parking systems.Public places should be developed and properly maintained.The entire city should be enabled by wifi.Making use of solar energy, electricity should be generated and there should be no powercuts.Water supply must be 24*7.Moreover ,the entire city should be maintained clean.

For a city to be smart it should have good infrastructure,clean and green surroundings and for that there should be strict rules for maintaining cleanliness against the one who don't obey and keeping dustbines at every 1km radius and also the roads should be of good quality using better methods and a well maintained traffic are some the critereas every smart city should have.
