Skill development for mining sector should be under taken by private sector. The basic reason behind this is private sector has ability to develop more skilled personnel as compare to public or Govt. authorities. Our Govt. should introduce more private sector without any biasness. This will help our country to enhance the growth.

Mr. Narendra Modi and team - i will write just one sentence and you will know what to do and how to do.It would be applicable to all development related issues + others. "Make a WAR ROOM FOR DEVELOPMENT". Rest will be history.

In mining both safety and efficiency should go together. This requires expertise with sufficient data/procedures and skill of handling latest tools. It is better to engage free lance experts from international source especially countries who have vast mining experience.

Why we cannot have seperate skill related tv channels - where we show hot to do welding, how to learn carpentry work, how to learn fitter's job, how to use computer. I would like to ask Mr. Narendra Modi and team to contact mr Bill Gates to start a separate channel to teach Microsoft softares, or to ask TALLY to teach accounting as well their own software -- if this is done it will change the scene. lets start.

Well the industry needs to device a system of recognising of underground working experience. We have to also impart knowledge for the growth of the industry - the industry outside india has changed drastically and the same needs to be brought for which imparting of know how is required. Also the institution presently teaching mining the course structure should be changed to meet the industry requirements. Also the persons who have retired recently should be inducted to teaching the nity grity.

In my locality guys of my age or even younger than me starting from 9 to 25 years use drugs front of everyone without the fear of authority because every beat officer, cop in my area knows about where the drug is sold and where do they take it from but they do nothing about this because in return they get bribe from the drug seller and I witness this daily and it isn't the problem of my area but must be of every area so I will suggest you must do something to stop this anyhow. Hon'ble PM of INDIA
