I am Sameer Umarjikar from Pune.Maharashtra I wanted to covey my suggestion to you and as a citizen friendly and popular prime minister we have been able to get in touch with you.
I want to recommend few points concerning to the security of india and Indian armed forces.
As there have been quiet a lot of discussion going in International strategic politics about withdrawl of NATO and American Forces from Afghanistan
all asian and SAARC countries are getting wary about the danger posed by the PAKISTAN,AFGHANISTAN and other middle esatern Terrorist Orgnaizations.
Now I have few recommendations
1.Make Indian Armed Forces a glamourous career options for the youth of India at par with Software or any other good pay fields
2.Every bullett,rocket,weapon fired / used should carry glamour and feeling of strength in the soldiers mind who is using it.
3.The way American armed forces are portrayed in Hollywood films and indeed they are trend war setters in the world so should Indian Armed Forces be Portrayed in Ads,Movies Real life etc.
4.Hi Tech integration techniques programs should be implemented, assited and developed with best of the minds from Hi Teh Institutes like IITs and REC and IIMS and other private institutes and private sector companies where lots of genius minds are present.
5.Presenting career in Armed forces in Such a way that it will attract Techies,Non Techies and Youngsters with amazing ideas for battlefield and war equipments.
( Apple,microsoft or any other software giants were formed by such geniuses and have been a big contributors to USAs Armed Forces Evolution)
6.Create war Study Gruops and institution for aspiring entrants / volunteers who inspite of having a flair to join Armed forces could not join due to some reasons.
7.I am not saying that to convert India into a bastion but looking at the Global Conflict scenario we are having home born as well as exported terror threats
right inside India and on the doors always.
8.Future wars will be fought on all frontiers Land,Sea,Sky and Space hence our forces should have evolutionary strength to adopt and integrate and upgrade
themselves to the contemporary standards alwyas.
9.Create a DIGITAL COMMAND CENTRE for automated warfare like. DRONES,ROBOTIC equipments, Non war time inter country survelliance and extra country survelliance with GPS and other satellite based technologies.
10.Immediately start a awareness program against terror threats on TV,Internet and Institutions alike every citizen and child should have military awareness in mind.
11.Call on and constitute joint Equipment Development Groups which will be an integration of PSUs,Bureaucrates and Private Companies,Colleges,Schools etc to discuss
and implement new ideas which will be implemented immediately and any delays be avoided if the outcome is really good and promising.
12.our territorial control policy should be changed and our armed forces should be capable enough to handle any crisis
(i.e USA or NATO offers security and protection to Saudi,japan and lots of ther countries because of the innate sterength of Men and equipment)
13.Traditional bristish practices be laid off and more focus should be given to evolution of new Techniques and Technologies
( Global security study,war games,training,joint exercise, PHYSICAL FITNESS OF SOLDIERS.
14. Immediately develop better Guns,Rifles,Ballistic Weapons by delegating the tasks to private sector reducing import dependance.
15. The DIGITAL command should encompass local forces such as POLICE,CRPF,SRPF,ISF and Special force (NSG) for immediate action and response for any thereat.
16. The media should be integral part of these survelliance techniques.
17. keep 24 hours monitoring in Madarsas and Islamic institutions for increased awareness about terror import as we can not deny the involvement of Sunni Radical Groups in Terror attacks all over the world.
