Pls collect all the educational qualification data of students and youth, age 10 years to 30 years. All schooling details like school name, till which class studied, grade/percentage followed by graduation college details and current job details or field in which expertise studies going on. You will get better projections on number of youths for every field available by academic year end and try generating jobs accordingly.

Compulsory Career Counselling in schools twice or thrice, better industrial information to students and managing economy in such a way that no career is less paying or non creamy for students as in the west.Conventional thinking of just chasing engineering or medical has to be targeted in a planned way. Also rules which discourage droppers from being admitted or a job must be removed as a time after school to decide right career is not a bad idea than blindly taking up a career.

Respected Prime Minister.Railway is a lifeline of India and being a citizen of India we want Railway service should be at its best.Regarding this I have few suggestions. 1.Invent a device which can be fixed over on signals which will track the speed of the trains and will avoid the accidents during foggy weather. 2.Formed several audit teams on regular basis which will take care of passengers facilities and this also leads to job openings in railways. 3.Tie up with new food catering.

contd.Right now a established influential businessman operate hundred of buses alone and therefore all wealth goes to one family.
7.In our country, degree/certificates from regular courses and correspondence courses are not considered alike by employers. This thing has to be addressed.Further doing a research/Phd is highly costly and since Phd from open university is not considered at par due to court decision the research work in our country is highly hampered.A research monitoring agency sh

contd.6.Creation of new business opportunities is of govt. work. for example govt. may form group of gram panchayats along national highways on some intervals say at every 50 km for running amenity centers through groups of unemployed youths.
7. Such groups of unemployed youths should also be encouraged in transportation business like financing and imparting training to groups of youths to run buses, transportation of goods from initially govt. enterprises.Right now a established businessman

4.Any good training for skill development is difficult if fundamental of trainee is not clear and in most of the private college student waste their valuable year without getting good knowledge.
