After reading the draft following points come across.
1. The generation of start-up capitals begins with corruptions from loan landing bank officials. There should be proactive agency which work like string operations to expose and punish corrupt peoples ,who becomes hurdle in start of business.
2. Govt. should make list of key officers posts which influence a new businessmen from start to run of business. The list should be treated as most likely corrupt peoples and there should be a watchdog.

1) Industries with good CSR record should be the main training agency
2) District administration should be told clearly that this is the main poverty alleviation scheme of government.
3)Zila Panchayat and its functionaries should be evaluated on basis of their efforts in mobilising and co-ordinating with VTPs for skill development.
4)Government should invest in infrastructure at industrial clusters.
5)Stop unemployment allowance & other social security schemes for able bodied youths 18-35yr

Respected Prime Minister,
I am bringing to your notice a very important point. A trend has been noticed that a number of retired Government officers who are getting pension are reappointed in permanent posts. This is a great sin done as far as a country like India is concerned where brilliant youths are running for employment. These appointments should be immediately stopped. I suggest that the services may be taken if their services is very essential that too for the purpose only.

Inculcating of specific skills in today's youth should start as early as at the 10th level with selection & nurturing stage which later on can become into practical hands on experience and fine tuning the skills by class 12th. After that it can become evaluation and factory/actual job experiences stage. Proper manuals for different types of work and skills shall be produced by the ministry and distributed along with the courses as well as uploaded in soft form.

It is said in vedanta: "Udyoge Nasti Daridriyam. Nanyat Kinchanopayaha."
Poverty can be eliminated only thru industry. There is no other way." That is why the Yoga Econmy Model was postulated by the saptarishis of yore viz. Upayoga, Udyoga, Viniyoga, Sahayoga, Karmayoga, Gnanayoga. Provan model for development of indian economy to become global superpower by adopting it.

Respected Modi Ji, As youth of India I feel for my country and really feel India can make really good progress and emerge as strong nation. Currently our education system focuses on getting a job to make living. Instead of focusing to get job if our system promotes on creating jobs that will help. Small professions like plumber, car painter, welder, locksmith, painter, barber can be trained and set up their own business. It can help India to became skilled nation and developed nation.
