Dear Sir, for doing any business or small startup need financial support, even if you want to buy a 2nd hand house for any " gruha udyog" Getting a loan from bank is very difficult, after providing banakhat & old property sales deed, share certificates, index copy is not enough, that to a loan amount of Rs.30 lakh. so people are avoiding obtaining loans. One side Banks wants people to take a loan & for that, they continually call the customer whether they want any loan. Even Governments One document is not enough to get a loan. obtaining loans up to 50 lakh should have easy way, some mortgage, paying capacity prof, Adhar for residency prof etc..but very few doc.should be required.
kindly look into this,it will help to obtain loan & to start a small business or "Gruha udyog"
Regards
Tushar Deota.
