The journey of a businesswoman is much challenging in compared to that of a businessman. Thus, not only do they require different motivations, but also a stronger support system, which helps them to grow. While making technology attainable for females can seem like the most basic of need, getting them to setup a business across the rural corners of India is the key.

While all possible men are working and toiling hard and ensuring economic growth of the Country. If India wants to double the growth the next gender "Women" under Manthan should be given a fair opportunity to perform. It should create an platforms online and offline for all the women to participate and do business to ensure their own financial independence, at the same time boost economic growth. We have many such platforms created, but owing to lack of promotion either people are not aware since they do not scale. This platform created for Women entrepreneurs should have milestones and be monitored regularly as in corporate culture. This will help all Women who wish to work from home - earn and grow in life. I am eager and ready to provide my services to this initiative. Can explain this entire scheme of things in details over a call.

The country should better celebrate the development of women. There are high positions in various fields. They set new precedents in many fields. They are the pinnacle of optimism before assuming the leadership of many industries.Every year we should celebrate "woman empowering day" at Manthan site to celebrate the power of women. Demand Requestors & demand receivers on this site should hold a ceremony to reflect the importance given to women in their organizations. Women who are born into normal family backgrounds and occupy top positions in many big companies today are bona fide women. They are also an inspiration to women entrepreneurs. If they are constantly reminded of their potential, they will become more confident. It is a matter of pride to have women in power in all organizations and leading businesses.

Women can change the world it needs. Entrepreneurship can strengthen females, it has potential to bring the real change. . I have a different take on peace and tranquility on our planet earth. Our Mother Earth bleeds everyday due to terrorism and No certificate is required that terrorism has a religion Only and only females from that religion can change them their radical thoughts, their sanskaar. The female oppression, illiteracy and ill literacy by their so called EARTH IS FLAT saying teachers and preachers needs to be addressed and then see the magic. The real peace will follow
