We can occupy the elderly , just retired, professional women, in encouraging young women entrepreneurs, with their very many years of work experiences, and others. Retired women can occupy themselves in various ways , in inspiring the youngsters , specially in the teaching profession, with the years of experiences, their engagement will benefit them , as women in their menopause stage of life should engage themselves creatively with their yrs of experiences, for constructive purposes of life and learning . This way of occupation would benefit learners of the rural and urban sectors , specially the learners of the rural sectors.

Sir I want to add something more to my previous post to my view clearer. It is that empowerment of woman only is not a realistic concept. And we cannot single out a woman and make her strong and powerful. In some cases woman is just a beneficiary and the male members of the family are the flesh & blood of the enterpreune. And one more fact what for the women breathe and live?.In this sense the concept of woman empowerment is something unreal & dubious.Women must be given utmost help, protection and security that is deprived of them due to social descrimination. No second word for it. Thank u sir.

For India to become a $5 trillion economy, entrepreneurship by women must play a bigger role in its economic development.  India’s gender balance is among the lowest in the world and improving it is important not just for gender equality, but the entire economy.

Women entrepreneurs have been crucial in driving innovation, growth, and development. They are not only breaking barriers, challenging stereotypes, and paving the way for a more inclusive and equitable future but are also bringing the much-needed female perspective to add a new dimension to the sector they engage in.

Dear prime minister ji, With due to respect, I beg to state that i Nirupan Basak and citizen of india. I know that at the past times only women started cultivation in our land .so, all women are bharat mata and mother of their children. Manthan is a digital platforms between industry and research. It is very very meaningful decision of central government but our government should enlist one professional research in educational degree research. I think that two parts of research are educational research and professional research. So, if our government should enlist professional research in educational research than our research - invention will be development for manthan digital platform and government should grant professional research loan system.professionaly creation is professional invention which is any formula that carry on scientific examination, observation and decision. Our central government should pass 33℅ women bill in both parliament immediately for power to empower.

Dear Sir, doing any business or small startup need financial support, even if you want to buy a two wheeler Getting a loan from bank is very difficult, after providing banakhat to a loan amount of Rs.1 lakh. so people are avoiding obtaining loans. One side Banks wants people to take a loan otherside they are demanding so many documents it is veru difficult for us. for that, they continually call the customer whether they want any loan. Even Governments One document is not enough to get a loan. obtaining loans up to 10 lakh should have easy way, some mortgage, paying capacity prof, Adhar for residency prof etc..but very few doc.should be required. kindly look into this,it will help to get a loan & to start a small business or small cottage idustry. from village side.
