Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

*In politics, as there will be only suicides but no murders, I would be thankful to every political party if everyones minimum agenda of 2024 becomes not only YCP Vimukth AP but Modi Vimukth Bhaarath too for BJP becoming a business part of YCP against people of AP right before they transform into giant political disaster for Bharath. * Dr. R. As the capital city of the nation people have some minimum respect on New Delhi during all the past days, but under the leadership of Sri Narendra Modi, people are getting afraid of the capital city as it is becoming one of the centers for internal terrorism as people are completely not aware of what levels of illegal transactions are going on in between the corrupted leaders of the central and state governments as a part of their efforts in separating, hiding and killing the truth from the public.  Dr. R. As the dictating monarch governments, in terms of making politics and administration, we are proud to announce that we have grown up to the levels of making them suicide at this moment due to their inability to bear the truth of our selfishness which was never expected by them from us or if they won't suicide by themselves, we might have murdered them for fighting by the side of people of the nation by stamping them first as the anti-national group without any minimum shy and feel of guilty.  Dr. R. नारी नारायणी तभी होगी जब देश की न्यायिक प्रणाली में उनको अधिक से अधिक शोध और सेवा का अवसर प्राप्त होगा। कितनी ही महिलाएं कानून की डिग्री लेकर शोध, शिक्षा और न्यायालय में रिक्तियों की अत्यधिक कमी के कारण योगदान करने से वंचित हैं। विश्विद्यालयों में भी नाममात्र की ही शोध संबंधित रिक्तियां निकलती हैं जिससे आधी आबादी देशवासियों की समस्याओं का समाधान कर उन्हें शिक्षित और जागरूक करने से महरूम हैं। जब तक ज्ञान का प्रकाश नहीं होगा तब तक देश का सही अर्थों में विकास भी नहीं होगा।

मैं शिल्पा बर्मा पटना विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रामीण अध्ययन कोर्स से मास्टर डिग्री कर रही हूं । मुझे बिहार सरकार द्वारा स्टुडेंट क्रेडिट कार्ड लोन नहीं मिला । मुझे कोर्स पूरा करने में मेरे पति चिन्मय आनंद की पुरा मदद मिल रहा है । मैं एक बात पुछना चाहतीं हुं क्या नारी को उच्च शिक्षा ग्रहण में क्यों न ऋण की व्यवस्था की जाए क्योंकि अभी भी भारत जैसे देश में 75% से 80% लोग गांव में निवास करते हैं । ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था सुधारने के लिए इस तरह के कोर्स में पढ़ने के लिए मोटिवेटेड करना चाहिए । महिलाओं को पढ़ने में हीं मदद करना चाहिए जिससे वह स्टार्टर या स्वरोजगार खुद शुरू कर सके । यदि आप बिजनेस के लिए मुद्रा लोन दे सकते हैं क्यों न महिलाओं को उच्च शिक्षा ग्रहण में मदद किया जाए ।

मंथन ने महिला वर्ग को विशेष रुप निम्न प्रकार से लाभान्वित किया है 1. महिलाओं को इस ऑफ डूइंग बिजनेस के बारे में सरल भाषा में समझाया है 2. महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह के सशक्तिकरण तथा आर्थिक उन्नयन का कार्य किया है 3 मंथन ने सरकारी योजनाओं से महिलाओं को मिलने वाले अनुदान तथा व्यापार में होने वाले सरकारी योजनाओं के लाभों को समझाया है 4. मंथन का उद्देश्य महिलाओं को तकनीकी आर्थिक क्षेत्र में मजबूत करने के साथ-साथ भौतिक व मानसिक संबल भी प्रदान किया है।
