I SUGGEST GOVERNMENT SHOULD GIVE GRACE EXTRA MARKS 10% IN THEIR EDUCATION SO THAT THEY CAN GET THE JOBS EASILY IN ALL THE FIELDS, IT MAYBE GOVT JOBS OR PRIVATE JOBS.. PROMOTE THEM IF THEY FAIL IN THEIR EXAMS IF SHORTAGE OF 1 TO 5%.. KINDLY ENCOURAGE THEM THEY ARE FUTURE AND NOT COMPETITORS.. JAI JAWAN JAI KISAN JAI VIGNAAN JAI NAARI

VIEWS AND SUGGESTIONS No discrimination on the basis of gender. Let one go about researching or innovating purely on the basis of one's aptitude on merit. Please remove male vs female segmenting . All that State can do is to appreciate/encourage those who experiment on their chosen field. Nation shall prosper(only) on such an arrangement. Other focussings are all a sort of appeasement.

Women bureaucrats must be trained like entrepreneurs because it’s a big disappointment to observe that women bureaucrats don’t have any compassion or good understanding of businesses and hence they are real disasters in bureaucracy. They are confused between exercising their power and applying the reasonableness to perform

1. Focus on villages, tribal areas with less development. 2. Finish lobby which is political and greedy at higher levels like rich females, All India Services and staff females like IPS, IAS, IRS, IFS etc., NGOs owner and head. Bring transparency and reduce casteism and corruption at all levels to really empower women entrepreneurs. 3. Empower from ground level.
