We must reduce carbon emissions for the benefit of the global environment. All women entrepreneurs involved in recycling should be encouraged. Women should be encouraged to make useful products that can be recycled from waste. Making art and science products from waste materials is great. At manthan site recycling related industry experts, educators and companies should guide women.Special entrepreneurship programs should be developed and mentored for women who perform innovations related to electric vehicles powered by renewable energy. It is good for the world that electric vehicles run on electricity produced in a non-polluting way. How many liters of water a recycled item saves and how much carbon emissions it avoids should be listed along with the price of the recycled item. It also gets buyers involved in the recycling mission. The govt should encourage women entrepreneurs in the recycling sector with water conservation and carbon emission avoidance as primary objectives

lManthan is a powerful initiative aimed at empowering women entrepreneurs in India. The program provides a platform for women to connect with mentors, access resources, and build networks to support their business endeavors. One of the key roles of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs is the provision of a supportive community. The program brings together women from different backgrounds and industries, allowing them to connect and share their experiences. This creates a sense of belonging and support, which can be crucial for women entrepreneurs who may feel isolated and unsupported. Manthan also provides women entrepreneurs with access to a range of resources and tools to help them build their businesses. This includes training and development programs, access to finance and market opportunities, and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders. Another significant role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs is the focus on developing leadership skills

The success rate of services provided to women entrepreneurs through Manthan platform should be regularly investigated. Data should be verified regarding success rate of attending events, receiving & providing services etc. Every year information about entrepreneurs who got good opportunities by showing their skills and new income opportunities should be published on this site. This will help improve the Site and Service.Women entrepreneurs should run a separate section for women to receive grievances and feedback. Special programs should be brought on this platform to turn women who can work as professionals in very big companies into entrepreneurs. The talent of women working in big companies will definitely create new changes in the industry when they become entrepreneurs. Only women can be role models and mentors in the industry. All departments should participate. All leading companies and experts in the country should be invited online on this site

Implement blockchain technology for funding: Blockchain technology can provide a transparent and secure platform for funding women-led startups. Partnering with blockchain startups and companies can provide access to the technology and expertise needed to develop a decentralized funding platform for women entrepreneurs. Design the support center: wecan design the support center based on the needs of the local entrepreneurs. This can include providing workspace, access to technology, mentoring, training, and networking opportunities. Staff the support center: The government can staff the support center with trained professionals who can provide guidance and support to women entrepreneurs. These professionals can include business coaches, accountants, lawyers, and marketing experts. Monitor and evaluate: we can monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the support center. This can incl tracking women entrepreneurs who have accessed the center.
