Dear honorable members,
Perhaps the best way to Empower women is to focus on certain aspects of STEMM education by applying attribution theory:
1. For motivation in STEMM education it might help to make the learning process more dynamic by simplifying the steps required to complete a learning task and attributing success in each step
2. I say dynamic learning because it is more important to learn each concept well enough rather than racing ahead to complete the syllabus
3. Dynamic learning will help students attribute success to each stage of learning which when paced out will help the students to earn a degree
4. The outcome of LEGO style of learning is that not only will concepts be clear but the entire country will have dynamic learners who earn credits as and when they complete their courses
5. STEMM subjects are not easy and it is quite likely that students give up on the subjects. Hence, a dynamic learning process with attributes for completing stages helps
