About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Pranams sir. For CPGRAMS a team of higher authorities,IT professionals are working as per the guidance of Honourable PM for making the people live with happy. If possible, please give information about the percentage of people who using CPGRAMS state wise. The effective measures should be taken to spread about awareness about CPGRAMS. Every citizen of India should have the hope that they would convey their grievances to PM directly. Bharat Mata ki jai. Jai hind.

पश्चिम मध्य रेलवे स्कूल नई कटनी जंक्शन में रेलवे के नाम पर विद्यार्थियों से फीस वसूली जा रही है किन्तु विद्यार्थियों को आईं कार्ड और डायरी भी उपलब्ध नहीं करा पा रहा है रेल प्रशासन। प्राचार्य के रूप में एक शिक्षक सुंदर लाल यादव पदस्थ हैं जो कि एक पीजीटी शिक्षक हैं किन्तु रेलवे के वरदहस्त के चलते सुंदर लाल यादव कभी प्रभारी प्राचार्य, कभी प्राचार्य और कभी एक्स प्राचार्य बन जाते हैं स्कूल के बंटाधार करने में सुंदर लाल यादव का पूर्ण योगदान है। जय हिन्द

Dear, p.m ,. some mind reading from my self. 1) maixmum gov. org (51-49) concept will be manpower proper utilise 2) constitutional change unnecessary rules and regulations and correction collum to infuture.3)All India only two political party sufficient 4) no governmental pension any sector 5) Gov. and non gov. department exam to right candidate only phycological test. Thank lots. this is my Hart response.

Ibps po prelim was conducted in october on the name of normalisation 19 october first shift most of students have to face the problem their marks have been cut strightaway 15 to 20 and said to students that it was because of normalisation. And because of this many deserving candidates couldn't qualify. This is unfair to many students this matter should be seen before the conduct of mains of ibps po that is on 30 november 2019, because its the matter of carrer of many students.

महोदय, आपको अवगत कराना चाहती हूँ मैंने cbse के नियमों को स्कूल प्रशासन द्वारा मनमाने ढंग से लागू करने के विरुद्ध एक शिकायत की थी जिसमें स्कूल बालो द्वारा एक महिला परीक्षार्थी को प्रवेश समय से 1घण्टे पहले स्कूल का वाशरूम यूज़ करने की अनुमति नही दी गयी जो कि असंवेदनशील व निंदनीय व्यवहार है। मेरी शिकायत को बिना समाधान के ही बंद कर दिया गया। कृपया इस शिकायत पोर्टल को ऐसा बनाये ताकि आम जनता को उचित समाधान मिल सके। धन्यवाद
