1/ More and more emphasis should be laid on transparency in all PSUs, central or state in every sphere e.g. recruitment, posting, promotion of all categories of employees right from group D to class I bureaucrats and activities , utilization of and avoiding misuses of public resources as the money spent for all such purposes are hard earned public money. 2/Control should be exercised upon activities of bureaucrats and everything should not be left at the sweet will of them. 5. If same problem is registered by multiple citizens, they can be combined.
6. Using Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Data Analytics ,possible solutions of similar type of problems/common problems can be displayed to citizen by analyzing past solutions. This will help citizen get instant help and time of officers/officials will also be saved. If the citizen is not satisfied with the possible solutions/suggestions, he can register grievance.

1.Levels should be defined for redressal of grievances. If citizen is not satisfied with solution/relief provided by lower level, there should be option to escalate the grievance to higher level.
2.Officers/officials should be identified at each level.
3.Based on type of grievance, there should be time limit to resolve the complaint failing which grievance should be forwarded to higher level automatically.
4. Quality of grievance redressal/relief provided should be checked randomly.

India .creating app to register all loan
accounts by people and make them to
donate a single rupee per day makes
