About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

PG is functioning like RTI giving only information, no solution. The grievance is forwarded to the same authority and same reply. The PG should function as Arbitrator appointing neutral person Amicus Curie, advocate or Standing Counsel. The dept. should furnish all documents to Arbiter. His opinion will be final and binding on both complainant and the dept. No appeal be allowed in any court. Complainant will reconcile as neutral person has examined his case. Burden on courts will reduce.

CPGRAMS पर जो भी शिकायत होता है जो शिकायत करने वाला का जो प्रशन है उसका उत्तर दिया जा रहा है की नहीं इसका धयान रखा जाये इस पर जो शिकायत किया जाता है इसके समाधान के लिया एक समय सिमा निर्धारित किया जाया जिससे आम जनता को परेशानी से बचाया जा सके समय सिमा का निर्धारण करके इसको और प्रभावी बनाया जा सकता है Thanks Jitesh

I am Meena Lokhande (Mob- 9819410818) working with a NGO, Child Help Foundation (CHF). We have seen problems faced by nursing mothers while traveling with their infants & our stations in India don't have any safe place for mothers to breastfeed their babies. Such mothers have to breastfeed their children in open places which is not safe for them. To address this problem CHF with the Western Railways have taken an initiative to construct breastfeeding rooms on railway stations. Please support.

Pranams sir. If anybody sending false grievances to CPGRAMS, the corresponding mobile number registered with the false grievance should be blocked to avoid the time waste and unwanted confusions. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

नई शिक्षा शिक्षकों को समस्त पढ़ाई के अलावा दूसरे कामों से निजात मिली चाहिए उनका काम सिर्फ पढ़ाई से संदेश होना चाहिए

Pranams sir. CPGRAMS is a country wide forum for registering public grievances. To avoid the fake and false grievances OTP should be sent to the registered mobile number. It will save the officials 's precious time who are all doing seva to the country people under the leadership of Honourable PM. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

Pranams sir. If we speak about CPGRAMS to the friends and relatives, they are looking with the doubt. They are wondering that how it's possible to write to PM?. Still I'm spreading the information regarding CPGRAMS. Negative informations about central government already spread by Tamil Nadu politicians. To overcome the above hurdles the advertisements should be given to make awareness about CPGRAMS in Tamil Nadu for strengthening PM's administration. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.
