About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

My suggestion is it is more important, when a complaint is uploaded ,they appoint one officer to solve the problem. Particular officer solved the problem or not must be enquired

माननीय प्रधानमन्त्री महोदय जी मान्यवर आप के सैकड़ों प्रयासों के बावजूद भी आज ग्रामीण भारत मे घूसखोरी मौजूद हैं, कृपया इसके समुचित निवारण के लिए कोई उपाय बनाया जाए। अवसर के लिए धन्यवाद!

EMISSION FROM BRICK KILNS AND IT’S IMPACT ON PUBLIC HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT Emission of huge amount of smoke containing CO2, SO2 and other gases and carbon/ ash particles is a big health hazard in West Bengal and other parts of the country. Considering Indian economy to touch US$ 5.0 Trillion mark by 2024, brick production will increase. So a time bound program to convert the existing to green needs to be started on immediate basis. Adhar authentication if required to be done through otp received through SMS via Adhar linked phone of individual, a small mismatch of full name on Adhar vs initials indicated in pf records through employer should never come on the way of authentication.i.e Adhar name vs name in pf records. As now in UAN unable to auto veryfy the Adhar due mismatch. There should be redressal complaint form in CPGRAMS for pf related should be monitored by central pf authority.

In Train travel in Ladies box gents inter illegally it is very serious and Question in front of our government woman security department.it is stop when at least one security guard oppoint in ladies box. Due to these woman in train travel will be more safe specailly lone ladies.

Dear sir, We worked for pvt companies and our laks of Rupees pension fund lying with pf dept, the same should be linked to our bank a/c and details should be made vaialble online to see us when how much we will get our pension. My pension fund deducted for the period 1996 to 2010-13years, worked in pvt firm. The company paid my salary thru neft in my bank and same account should be interlinked and pf dept can obtain bank a/c details of employee from employer and link.

Opinion expressed by somnath benerjee is absolutely right. Because personally myself lodged a complaint, and requested for the right help. Till date i didn't get any justification. And there is no enquiry regarding the complaint lodged by me. My suggestion is it is more important, when a complaint is uploaded ,they appoint one officer to solve the problem. Particular officer solved the problem or not must be enquired.

Please Sir make it like RTI to ask any query about all of central Govt Departments and make many step like RTI (RTI, First Appeal, Second Appeal). because persons can't ask Why, type question under RTI but if they ask under CPGRAM, if any department not gives any satisfy answer we can't do anything.

Namaste we request to monitor this CPMGRS scheme for all Public Grievances to consolidate and take immediate steps and to inform, who will give compliant and confidence all matters to safety and to protect himself or herself for their future safety of life, after completion of action and favourable reply to all people of Indian citizens. Every month, all reports should be publicly open-minded in Social media and all Languages Newspapers, by District collectors and Police Department thanks
