About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Respected sir pm modiji, Sir me aap se ek critical subject par bat karna chahti hu jo koi nahi karta 'rape' sir ye words bolne me chota he lekin jispe bitti he vo sahena kafi mushkil sir ye kam karne vale humare samaj ke purush vikrut budhishamta rakhte he sir aap is par ek sttrik low pass karvaye jub ye hota he to police vale complen nahi lete to aap police station me ek ladey inspector rake or rape kahi bhi huvavo lekin uski complen ladki ya uske familey member nazdiki

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, आपके कार्यशैली का आज पूरा विश्व कायल है,ऐसा भी कहा जा रहा है कि आप बड़े से बड़े फैसले आसानी से ले सकते हैं और उन्हें नियमतः लागू कर सकते हैं। ऐसे में यदि आप एक और व्यस्था लागू करने का प्रयत्न करें तो यह भारत को विकास के नए आयाम की और ले जाएगा , कैसे भी यदि भारत के हर राज्य का चुनाव एक ही साल के कुछ महीनो में करवाने का प्रयत्न किया जाय तो बाकी के 4 साल हर पार्टी या नेता अपने क्षेत्र के विकास पर ध्यान दे पाएंगे ।

Pranams sir. Indicating with colours ,the complaints maybe classified for easy understanding about the departments. For example, Agriculture related-Green, Water related -Blue, Medical related-Red, etc.. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.

Hello sir After hearing the rape and murder case on a working women in the outskirts of hyderabad,its a request to take a strict action on the rapists as soon as possible ,the rapist are fearless because of gov system nil action on them,they should be punished (should be burnt alive in public by their mother or sister).

Pranams sir. Medias are always telecasting and publishing only negative informations about the government. So, the officials related to CPGRAMS should conduct press persons every month to tell CPGRAMS achievements to strengthen the PM's administration. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

Pranams sir. This portal should ensure the safety of the complainant. Successful completion of grievances, feedback should be registered by the complainant. Feedback maybe posted on the CPGRAMS portal separately with safety of the complainant. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.

गवर्नमेंट के द्वारा चलाई गई पारदर्शी शिकायत निवारण प्रणाली बहुत ही सराहनीय है और अच्छा कार्य कर रही है परंतु नीचे लेवल के अधिकारी मनमानी करते हैं शिकायत का निपटारा गलत तरीके से करते हैं तथा गलत आख्या भी लगा देते हैं पोर्टल पर दोबारा लगाई गई आख्या का वेरीफिकेशन नहीं किया जाता है और ना ही दोबारा कोई एक्शन लिया जाता है ना ही शिकायतकर्ता के फीडबैक पर किसी भी प्रकार का ध्यान दिया जाता है और ना तो कॉल बैक किया जाता है इसमें सुधार की आवश्यकता है
