About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

This CPGRAMS is an online web enabled platform, which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens....who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of the grievance(?) As it is mainly for public/govt sectors,all grievances /problems should be sorted as per govt norms/rules. In maximum case either grievance is merely forwarded and not complied or replies of grievances, if given, in vague term or not given at all.

To impose, Accountability on senior, to report in CR of an employee, against whom valid grivence found, At present good reporting forwarded by senior, for those subordinates who serve their seniors. 2 those who benefitted in promotion due to Reservation Policy should get realised not to misuse the trust and faith on them by Dr Ambedkar it will be true Tribute to Dr Ambedkar. 3. In a faceless proceeding era Work from Home for some days in a week, to curtail administrative cost of Gov office

In our country in government job like Bank , Teacher , Railway ,Zilha Parisha, Tahesildar office ,officers children seat on the vacancy of parents it run from previous year please stop this corruption and give job eligible candidate of unemployed person. Make government job for eligible not for government officers children . These reality of Indian government services from last previous year it is corruption with eligible poor hardworking students.
