About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

I am Priyanka from sector-8, Noida. I am 24 years old, my father is blind and my mother wants a job not no space in the job line. This is a slum area which is known as Jhuggi Jhopdi. People live in very bad conditions. There are very small houses in which many families live. Water drains flow out of the drains. People throw garbage around the house. People have set up many water pumps at the same place at a distance, due to which water is wasted a lot every day. The road is not built properly.

Though there is provision for payment of GST with interest, in the present system, GST return cannot be filed without full payment of tax and now notices are being issued for non filing of even one month return which is against the spirit of law and business activity. This means bureaucrats are twisting the regulations and these type of activities hinders the smooth functioning of GST by creating a fear among trade. This appears to be a hand work of bureaucracy to create a negative view on PM

Grievance cell should charge minimum of Rs 500 per issue .This can give collection of Rs 90 crores per annum. This might reduce unwanted issues. This money could be used for under privilaged children/old age homes in the state where the issues were raised.When people give offerings to temples why not for a good cause.In most cases the problems on this portal are solved or a policy change might be done taking into account the number of similar grievances.

With over eight lakh public grievances received against departments between January and June this year, the government on Tuesday said it has institutionalised the redressal mechanism to ensure swift disposal of such complaints. Addressing an event, Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions said that the number of grievances have increased eight-fold, from about two lakh since the BJP the government came into power (six years ago) to about 16 lakh at present.

CPGRAMS भारत सरकार द्वारा नागरिकों के हितार्थ एक अच्छी व्यवस्था है। मेरे विचार से जटिल शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु शिकायत करने वालों को विभागीय तौर पर आमंत्रित कर उनकी समस्या समाधान की पहल होनी चाहिए।महज पत्र प्रेषण से निर्धारित समयावधि के तहत समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है जो क्रियान्वयन पर प्रश्नचिह्न खङी करता है व संवैधानिक गरिमा अमर्यादित होती है। इस संदर्भ में प्रणाली को सुव्यवस्थित करने की पहल होनी चाहिए। Lord ISS

My suggestion is to the government against the rapists that the never show mercy on the victim then why is the government showing mercy on them.they should be killed mercilessly so that no other person in our country will ever think of doing this kind of heinous crime such as rape.As the government has taken strict action against triple talaq this crime is more heinous than triple talaq.So we request your kindself to look into the matter seriously and make the decision for it.
