About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

Objective
• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

भारत सरकार सेवार्थ ----------------------- CPGRAMS भारत सरकार द्वारा नागरिकों के हितार्थ एक अच्छी व्यवस्था है। मेरे विचार से जटिल शिकायतों के समाधान हेतु शिकायत करने वालों को विभागीय तौर पर आमंत्रित कर उनकी समस्या समाधान की पहल होनी चाहिए।महज पत्र प्रेषण से निर्धारित समयावधि के तहत समाधान नहीं हो पा रहा है जो क्रियान्वयन पर प्रश्नचिह्न खङी करता है व संवैधानिक गरिमा अमर्यादित होती है। इस संदर्भ में प्रणाली को सुव्यवस्थित करने की पहल होनी चाहिए। Lord ISS

My suggestion to govt is to improve education and the first step is the govt must create a huge database for students who can access the internet and provide video lessons and tests and activity for all board and universities in India and this should be innovative like a portal where a teacher should teach students through video lessons etc and have access to old question paper and must provide tests online this way to teach students and make them understand.Moreover students must learn a skill

Ayodhya Verdict. If we are going to build temple then we should build Maszid as well. And gov should give chance to every citizen to contribute to it and contribution should be very less only rs 10 or 20 (maximum). And every indian citizen should be the member of trust which will build the temple and Maszid.And the President of trust should be our honorable prime minister. Volunteer s will reach to each and every indian family to collect thier contribution.

Portal should be properly monitor and every issues shud be attended and most important there should be TAT for the fair clouser of the issue .

Police should take evidences from crimes sites and store them online to investigation website for security of evidences. So that one one can change story in the last time to take advantange of no useful evidence.
