There is a trend now days that to provide email ids and toll free numbers to check the status of any query or question raised by public to any department of government. But any one actually get connected via these channels is a big question as both these routes are useless as there is is no response from either channels. As all these functions are under the control of the non-functional authorities as there is no timeline to provide solution or answer any question by them. So it has no meaning.

Only making internet available to all and making websites to ask the questions to government and its system is not the way to get the common public connected to the govt. But govt has to improve the system by actually providing solutions and answers to the questions and query of public by having timeline to each case. And if any department fails; then strict action should be taken against the responsible officials who is taking the salary from the tax paid by the same common public.

why Gujarat or any other Government take example of this ? In Gujarat 40% from Outside and not local ...getting jobs easily and locals are ignored. Due to this our Gujarati intelligent students going to Canada, Australia, Newzeland and US. Government has to confess on reality.
