About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Hospital wards,classes of school or collages and offices should be monitored by cctv camera online at distrcit level and on lapse..notice should be given to head of institution... Regards

A team of monitoring system with this dedicated task should be made to work and check that action taken by gram panchayat,hospital school etc were in time and upto mark. So that quality and perfrmance may be ensured.

School fund by Govt and programme for which it will be sanctioned,should be displayed on every locality notice boards. Every quater it should be attested by 10 villagers. So that funds may be used properly and timely

Panic buttons on electric poles and cctv cameras in streets should installed so that events or incidents may be monitored at realtime. Peoples action and response also may be seen. Criminals may be followed upto their home or hideout

WOMEN SAFETY - This problem has become a National issue and requires a serious step being taken by the CENTRAL government to control this devastating situation in the entire Nation. Ladies drunk in late night parties and being Victimized in isolated areas and Raped,the Situation is going out of Control.Now Government should Impose CAPITAL punishment to the people conducting such Corrupt deeds.Not all such cases are reported in Police so a National level Committe should redress the solution.

Dear modiji.. I respect you a lot. My heartfelt request to you is to kindly speak n condemn the heinous acts against women lately. Only your government can make a stringent law for rape just like there are in other countries. Kindly set an example on moral grounds. We all really admire ur character. Kindly stay at a distance from party politics. N plz speak up on every important that arises in the country. We want to have reasuurance from u not from other speakers of ur party.

How State government can give 80% reservation to Local..? Why Gujarat and other states can do it where there 30 to 40% migrants from other states. Gujarat is 50% generating intelligent students and they go out of India to serve elsewhere

Every Engineering Colleges Poly Technique College Industrial Training Institute must have Atal ... Tinkering lab with Fab Lab - All lab must have some support to local Government Schools students association to enhance their vision & mission on weekly or bi weekly opportunity to explore the opportunities guided by R&D or PhD students as their responsibilities to return what they are getting from the Government as free !?!?!? More can be submitted our proposal if asked for Even DPR
