About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

in India train restrooms are not in good condition..government To create an awareness for to avoid use cigarettes inside of toilet... and to increase the normal train numbers in southern railways..please to increase second class compartments because more passengers didn't boarding the train Because standing passengers lying down in the second class boxes and closed the doors....so railway only earn money but passengers didn't boarding the train...i don't know what is the solution

Upon receiving information on the matter, the Rajkot Police in Gujarat reached a school in there and recovered 473 bottles of liquor, 260 small liquor bottles and 16 beer carats worth Rs 5, 18,975. Mahatma Gandhi had laid the foundation of the school from where the liquor bottles were seized. this is what happened in Gujarat..no concrete action by CM. Liquor entering from Rajasthan and other states. no control on check post

Recent liquor raids what our Gujarat Police doing before raids? RAJKOT: In two different operations in Rajkot and Bhavnagar districts, police seized Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) worth Rs 29.68 lakh and arrested five persons on Tuesday night. In the first operation, the local crime branch (LCB) of Rajkot rural police raided an orchard belonging to Sagar Dodiya (32) in Padadhari of Rajkot district and seized 14,112 bottles of IMFL, worth Rs 14.11 lakh. Dodiya was arrested from the spot.

in india we have mojor problem health issues and accidents in villages why dont build hospitals for villagers in india there are 649481 villages in india and only 35416 hospitals in india so why dont build some more hospitals in villages not in towns and cities
