About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Ultimately,grievance/problem sent to the officer who had already done the job in his own way and raised the grievance. How us different view expected? Resulting in vague reply/non sending of reply and otherwise.

This is due to non attachment of responsibility with the relevant executive /staff of the department. Also in most cases,there us no specific system to follow for doing the job. Grievance comes only when job is not done as per rule, not following specific laid down procedures (which is absent in maximum cases) for the job, but following concerned authorities 'own decision/judgement as well as not doing the job within framed time(which is also absent) limit.

Thus CPGRAMS is an online web enabled platform, which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens...who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of the grievance(?) As it is mainly for public/govt sectors, all grievances /problems should be sorted as per govt norms/rules. In maximum cases either grievance is merely forwarded and not complied or replies of grievances,if given,in vague term or not given at all.

Dear Sir, Very good afternoon!!! I would like your attention regarding administrative benefits those peoples, who are paying the taxes honestly. Is it possible for those persons can treat mannerly if they have some work in a few places as Hospitals/educational institutions/police station/municipals corporation and many more Govt bodies etc? If Govt can make some process for such kind of person who is honest for the country, so that would be a significant advantage in revenue collection.

Respected Modiji, I am proud of your relentless act against corruption. Ihave been hearing from certain quarters that, although funds are being provided as scholarship or research assistance/grants to higher institutes of learning. such as IITs. IIScs etc, yet they are not disbursed on time. There may be some valid reasons yet the allegation of depositing this money in FD to get interest is not understood. Request you to get it investigated discretely as image of institutions are involved

In our society it is observed that if two different family lived in same building ground floor family take authority on road these is very illegal because road site is constructed for public use only and road is not counting in our personal property .and their is no authority of ground floor people to stop first or second floor family for standing bike or vehicle these very corruption to first ,second floor family residency .

Resp.pm saheb, I want and suggest sir, every fifteen days "Janta Darbar" held in Taluka District also time to time cm and pm meet direct public. If not possible pls. Launch (same mygov.) App . Because public not want gadi bangla public want peace and lawful country. Also pls. Recall transfer policy ( 58 time transfer in 27 yr., public money and time waste ) thanks

In our country first road constructed and after water pipeline under taking project started therefore well constructed roads broken down and these conditions of all over India these evidence of bad planning of country,city,town ,village development .

graduation first year is college exam therefore in these year college management ,Teachers do corruption like any well known person children's give more marks otherwise students not eligible for those marks and hardworking students go back in percentage level due these hardworking students psychology affects and get nervous . Therefore I Kindly request our country UGC management please do graduation first year also university exam.
