About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Hon.Narendra Modi sir I just Share my opinion for Postoffice I heard about the Postoffice became same like Bank where you can deposit and withdraw your money so I start to use the Postoffice for Money deposit n withdraw but I get some bad experience like regarding TIMINGS and some Electricity Not available in city like Surat also there are only One window for Deposits n withdraw and some Bad attitude from PO Staff they are not ready to give proper answers thank you please increase time

Complains having no name and reference number against corrupt govt official and offices should be entertained and a proper investigation should done as so many people do not want to mentioned their name in complains as they have fear to harassed

Sir Do you think this PG portal is working properly ? Please check this no. GOVOR/E/2019/00865 which is pending since 14/9/2019 for disposal. Several reminders sent. But nobody responds. Thanking You.

kaam krne wale majduri krne wale all worker ki parmanent monthly sallery ho, direct to bank transwer, usse hogaa ye ki jab kabhi kaaran ya akaaran mjdur ko kaam na mile to kam se kam wo apne pariwar ko khana khilaa sake i m construction worker nd i need

The Most important things to do the government to make a strict law against the rape case because there is no fear in the mind of the people who do this type of bad work .If a law will be made that will give a harsh punishment to the culprits then only the women will get sefety..#betibachaoabhiyan

I think we should use the technology as much as we can to solve the problems related to public greavence.It is true that it still takes time to work but in coming time it will get better.So,we should start use of such Technology.It will definitely help the government as well as the citizens of country as well.Also,it will save time and money as well and it is a pathway to paperless systems.

CPGRAMS the one of public Griviances portal , that solves the Complaints of citizen But once I used this portal for complaint against BSNL I get the same answer that I received from its regional office, In short I want to state that portal not works people works & they works like government department
