About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

hello sir 1) In the near future, private telecommunications companies need laws that do not act against the government... 2) One country is the one election and a huge change in electoral process is needed... 3) People need a great deal of awareness in solid waste management 4) We need the same curriculum and the same selection system across the country... thanking you coimbatore tamilnadu

Dear sir Delhi police seems to be building a police state . Even on trials there is misuse and leak of ISRO data Misuse of laser No reduction in crime data swirls how do you plan to address it My complaint has been pending for 6 yrs , drone lasers body suits and couldn’t find who is spreading rumours

every body is so disappointed by nowdays girls safety i think the main reason for these is illiteracy my suggestion to government is to make schooling necessary to under 16 and make this rule connect with adhar card or ration card so it being necessity for every poor person that if he want to take ration orr government facilities his child must be in school

Good initiative by Govt.But grievances of the citizens should be responded and followed up sincerely.citizens should be trained through ads about it's procedure to operate.Respective dept,ministries,organisations etc should be tagged there so that their moral responsibility may increase further when they will see PM will be involved in it directly.key position holders name in each field should be listed so that it would help public to tag their name also.

पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं प्रबंधन का कार्य चाहे कितना भी छोटा एवं सतही रूप में क्यूँ न हो, संचालित अवश्य किया जाये, सतही उपाय ही भविष्य में जनसमूह के द्वारा वृहद रूप धारण कर लेंगे l पेड़ पकड़कर फोटो खिंचवाने तथा कागजों तक सिमट कर नहीं रहना चाहिए नहीं तो वह दिन दूर न होगा जब जब हमारे जीवन की कहानी पुष्प समर्पित फोटो एवं कागजों में ही सिमटकर रह जायेगी l ऐसी विपरीत परिस्थितियों में विभिन्न प्रश्न उठते हैं कि–स्वयं, समाज व विश्व पर प्रदूषण का क्या प्रभाव होगा? पबंधन का प्रत्येक कदम इस बात को ध्यान में रखे

Jai Sri Krishna Narendra bhai, it is indeed the most justified order from Supreme Court on Ram Janmabhumi. Yet there will be ill will among sect of people who aimed at wiping out age old Faith. Herein are two safe suggestions to make use of without hurting and yet retaining the Masjid structure. 1. Recently two huge structures were shifted intact to a different location both in Germany and Turkey by unique technology of transportation . 2.Rebuild like Nagarjuna/Aswan Dam Museum elsewhere.

देश की वित्त-व्यवस्था वैसे ही लड़खड़ा रही है इस स्थिति में अनाप-शनाप खर्चों पर लगाम लगाई जाए। निर्माण में पैसा पानी की तरहबह रहा है-बिना किसी योजना के,शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में भी यही हाल है-विशेषकर मध्यप्रदेश प्रशिक्षणों के नाम पर नाकाम सी उठक-बैठक चल रही है। अभी एक दल दक्षिण कोरिया गया -शिक्षा प्रणाली के अध्ययन के लिए , क्या कोरिया और हमारे शिक्षक-छात्र अनुपात और जनसंख्या आकार में समानता है? फिर कुछ दिखावटी व्यक्तित्व वाले लोगों को ले जाकर कितनी धन-राशि बर्बाद की गई? अपने जन की स्थिति का आकलन तो हो।

Pranams sir. CPGRAMS should reach every citizen. Who are all using my GOV should spread the message about CPGRAMS usage to the maximum number. Like us lot of people should use this portal to strengthen the PM's administration. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.
