About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Pranams sir. As a Indian citizen we are blessed to have a great PM Modiji. Modiji's Government introduced this CPGRAMS portal to register all classes of people's grievances. No Government in India from the independence have asked the suggestions from the people. This will improve the respect on officials who are working behind the government for the welfare of people. Pranams sir. In other countries, the good schemes will be supported by all people without political difference. But in our country, opposition parties always opposing all activities even though it is good. Without difference all people should use this CPGRAMS portal. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind.

Pranams sir. Instead of complaining about the government activities, the people of India should use CPGRAMS portal even though the volunteers of opposition parties. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

In India specially in Urdu medium schools there is no concentrated on girls sports activities girls are completely neglected .and there is no lady sports teacher appointed .therefore our country in girls sports ness is not develop and our country fail to prepare lady sports woman.
